Fear is a thought and thoughts can easily be changed.

 You might fear that you're not enough, that you'll never succeed. You might be afraid of conflict, or maybe just plain scared of what the future has in store for you. Fear can stop us from living a meaningful life and changing our thoughts is one way to overcome it. 



Take some time today and think of all the amazing things your going to do in the future. You can do it, whether it be something small like going out and grabbing a burger and drink. Or just something big like graduating college. You can do it, so put those fears aside and change your thoughts. 


You're going to be successful no matter what you put yourself through. You can make it a reality, and I promise you it's worth it. Take a moment and think of all the things you'll be doing in the future. Go on, it can't hurt you.



Thought: I'm not strong enough to do this.

Effect: You start thinking you lack strength, and thus make yourself believe you can't have what you desire. And the more you credit your fears as things that are holding you back, the more likely it is for these fears to become true.


Thoughts are easily changed. So why not change this one to something positive.
