1st Step to Manifesting Life

 


The first step to manifesting life is to understand how the Law of Attraction works and how you can use it. The Law of Attraction states that like attracts like, meaning what you focus on attracts more of the same energy into your life.


The key is to stop focusing on the things you want less and start focusing on what you want more. 

Once you’ve mastered this skill and established a goal, then it’s time for step two! 

Basically, all that's left it to believe in yourself as we're all capable of achieving great things.


Our Thoughts Become Things

The Law of Attraction is a universal law that is active in every single person on earth.  It’s the belief that your thoughts and emotions attract events, people, and experiences into your life.  This means if you ask the universe for help with negative thoughts and emotions, you’ll get more negativity.  If you wish for relationships to improve, they will be harder to come by.

Then if you ask the universe for happiness, abundance, love etc. you’ll get more of it.  If you want to manifest a new home, you probably won’t get one fast.  But if you ask for a new home and you stay feeling positive, the universe will most likely deliver it to you in due time.  We are all connected, but we must learn how to tune into our ability to create what we want so that we can attract it into our life.

To understand how this works, let's take an example where someone wants a car, or even wants a home.  The person doesn't have the money to buy whatever they want and maybe is living in an area that doesn't support their desires as well. So what does the person do?  They focus on what they don't have.  They focus on the things that are not working for them.  And maybe this person is consumed with their negative thoughts and feelings about it all.

This is where most people go wrong, because they stop looking at the options and start focusing on what's not working for them.   They then convince themselves that they can't have whatever they want because of all of those reasons that they think are holding them back from having what they want.  But when you are in a good mood, it's easy to become very creative in imagining how things could be or even how things could be better than how they currently exist for you.

This is where the last bit of creativity comes in; you now have to be able to stay positive and focused on what you do want. And not only that, but even when things aren't working for you and you're down about it all, it's important not to focus on the negative or dwell in a situation.

If your focus is on being unhappy and miserable, then that's what you'll attract into your life.  But if you are relaxed, happy, curious and open-minded about how things could be different for you in the future then it's easier to attract those things into your life whether consciously or unconsciously.  You're likely to have a better attitude towards anything that comes your way.  But you have to be able to "let go" of things to have more wiggle room for new opportunities.

So just focus on what you do want, let go, and relax.   But keep working towards your goal with a peaceful mindset and an open heart.  The universe loves the energy of positivity and will work with it, so that you can attract the things you want into your life faster.
