3 Magic Bedtime Questions to Help You Sleep Your Way to Success

Every night think about these questions before turning out the lights and going to sleep:
• What would you do this morning if you did not need to go back to work?
• What are your goals for today?
• Why aren't you already doing it?

Sleep tight - also, we hope that this article finds its way across your computer screen while in bed! If it doesn't make sense, then maybe you're just not tired enough. But that's okay. Just be sure to get some rest soon and give these a shot again tomorrow. My bet is they'll make more sense when they're getting those "deep" thoughts during the night.
If you're reading this after work, then don't just do something "quick and easy" to get these questions accomplished. Take some time and give them some thought. If you're just interested in the "magic bedtime questions" and the rest of this article, can we suggest you start here: The Bedtime Message
What are your thoughts? Are these helpful? Thanks for stopping by today!
This is a short post solely intended to help you go faster in life if only you knew how to maximize your potential. The quick & easy actionable steps below are designed to accelerate your results; however they do require time investment on your part. In other words, while they are quick and easy to read (it takes no more than a few seconds) it will require time investment on your part to accomplish the same. So here goes:
1. Do something everyday that you would not be willing to do if you were not being paid $10,000.00 per hour. For example:
Drive the extra miles... While on vacation go ahead and take "the scenic route" instead of taking the shortest route there. Always make a point of being 5-10 minutes early... (Better to arrive early than late).
2. Do something every single day that will fill an hour of your life.
For example: Say you have a 1 hour lunch break, instead of taking the quickest route to your destination, take the scenic route and eat lunch when you arrive. If you have a 2 hour commute to work, try arriving half an hour early or stay half an hour late. Get creative with this... find 1-2 hours in your schedule where you can go ahead and fill it up with something productive every day.
3) Stop watching TV... or at least stop watching it live. I suggest going online and looking for just about any popular sitcom or reality show that is currently airing on television right now... next pause it... click on the three dots in the upper right hand corner of the player and select "download this file..." Download it to a folder on your computer. ... do this over a few days or weeks and it will add up. Then, using the power of your PVR, go ahead and watch the shows you have downloaded whenever it is convenient for you... fast forward through all of that "gloss" and get to what's important - THE CONTENT!
Again, thank you for stopping by! This was a SUPER EASY post to write because there is really nothing required on your part other than time investment; however if these three tips help you shave even five minutes off of your day then they are worth the effort..
Here is a quick and easy way to be happier. Happiness is a choice you make. Here are some simple questions to ask yourself every day:  – How did I choose to feel today?
– What did I do to make myself feel this way?
– How can I repeat that in the future?
This simple exercise helps you recognize that how you feel is directly related to what you do, and if you want to be happy, then make it a habit of doing things that allow you to be happy.
There is never a better time to send an email because your words will stand out. Here's a quick and easy tip to make your messages more effective.  Ever had trouble writing an important email?
5) When you have difficulty writing, set yourself a time limit and when the minute hand gets close to the lip of the clock, start typing.
6) Hold back your "impulse" to delete or copy and paste text whenever possible.
7) When it's time to hit Send, go ahead and hit it! Be sure all of your thoughts are on that piece of paper before you finish... don't leave yourself with any doubts at all.
8) If you are unable to complete a message to your contact, print, read it and send it the next day.
9) When writing, try to limit your number of words or use short words or acronyms.
10) Be sure your list of recipients is short and compelling, so they know why you are contacting them. ;-)
Whether you are a business person using email for marketing purposes or an individual with employees who need to be notified about changes within the company this tip can help you significantly.

Conclusion: If you're spending a fair amount of time on the computer everyday and are unable to find the time to write, then consider using these tips to help you make the most of your email writing sessions.
1) Limit your "to" list. The shorter it is, the easier it will be for you to address your message.
2) Write in short sentences and use small words when possible.
3) Eliminate "redundancies" as much as possible.
4) Use acronyms for any words that are repeated regularly (such as "the", or "and").
