 5 Tips To Stay Motivated!

Being motivated is an essential part of success. If you don't know how to stay motivated, this post will turn your luck around. This blog post covers 5 tips that will help you stay motivated and get what you want.

1) Don't let anyone tell you "no". Always find a way to do what makes you happy, even if it means going against what society's expectations are for your life.
2) Stay optimistic! Don't hold things in like anger or sadness and use them as fuel for motivation instead of letting them be obstacles in your way.
3) Always be honest with yourself. The truth will set you free. Being an optimist doesn't mean lying to yourself all the time, it means believing in a better future, so you can make it happen.
4) Feed your body with natural foods and water, then feed your mind with knowledge to help keep yourself motivated! Research always helps the motivation process!
5) Last but not least, have fun and enjoy the process while you're at it!

March 6, 2014 - Quote by Lance Cpl. Chadwick Martin Jr., USMC (Ret.) - Lance Cpl. Chadwick Martin Jr., USMC (Ret. ) I've found that it's best to be a pessimist and an optimist in the same sentence, because when you think like that all the time, it's difficult to be negative. 30 Day Goal-setting guide by Lance Cpl. Chadwick Martin Jr., USMC (Ret.) - Lance Cpl. Chadwick Martin Jr., USMC (Ret. ) Many people dream of being a successful musician or actress, but dreams are just that... dreams. If you're serious about making your dreams come true, then you need to start small. The reason why most people never reach their goals is because they have unrealistic expectations for themselves. They think that if they could just get a gig here and there, this or that would happen. But the truth is, it takes time and work to make it in any industry of choice. So what if you had to give it up for a month? Or for a year? I've created the following 30 day goal-setting guide in an attempt to help those of you who want to try this but don't know how...and those of you who have been at it awhile and are tired of hearing the same old excuses being made over and over again. If you take the time to really follow this guide, I can guarantee that not only will it change your life, but it will also remind you of how much talent you really do have...and of how much more talent you have to gain. What I am about to give you is a basic plan that works if you want to make it happen...and if you don't, then just move on. Just remember, dreams are for those who ARE serious about making their goals come true! Posted in: Motivation & Self Improvement • No Comments »
