Age New Spirituality - Inspirational Stories ( Part 61 )
In this article I want to share a story with you of how this blog came about. It is the 61st story on Age New Spirituality and it is so inspiring in its own way, that I had to make this blog special by sharing my personal experience as well.
I was out shopping one day, and as I walked past one particular store window, a sign caught my eye that read 'Spiritual Shop'. Intrigued by the idea of an independent spiritual store at what appeared to be a very large mall hall, I ventured inside and was welcomed by the owners who immediately began telling me about the items they had for sale. "This has been our spiritual shop since earlier this summer. We have everything from CDs, books, meditation tapes and crystals," he began explaining.
I was intrigued by the idea of a spiritual shop out at this large shopping mall, so I asked him if it was possible to see their stock in a dedicated area. "Sure," he replied. "We have an entire second floor full of our products, as you can see."
As I walked through the store, I was immediately drawn to the various books that stood out from one another; they were different in design and appearance than all other books I had seen before. Apart from that, all other items on display were ornately decorated with symbols, beading and small mirrors which seemed only to add beauty to their unique appearance.
I picked through the different books and was impressed by the content that was being offered. One book in particular grabbed my attention and I began to read it. The title of it was 'Vision' – a book based on true visions of spiritual insights, revelations and revelations of past, present and future events. It promised to deliver its reader with a new insight into the spiritual world, if they dare to immerse themselves into its pages.
I immediately knew that I was in the presence of genuine spiritual material, and eagerly made notes in a journal as I read through the book. It spoke of future events that I had only been told about by my spiritual guides. A few hours later, as I left the store after having spoken to some of their staff, something began to happen; I felt like someone was answering my prayers and my needs.
I knew that this was one experience that needed to be shared with others so they could see what it is like when our prayers are answered wonderfully. So, I decided to write a blog on spiritual topics that would help people understand how real spirituality is, and how it works.
But what do you think happened? In the weeks that followed, I began to receive statements about my new blog from people. Just when I thought it was all over, those same statements started coming in again at regular intervals. Wow! What a coincidence! And each time the same thing happened – someone would contact me via email and explain how they had received a message through my blog from an entity that told them something; usually about my future or their problems.
This is what we call 'spirits', or as I prefer to call them 'entities'. They are from the spirit world and they communicate to us in different ways. It could be a simple feeling or message that comes through that makes you feel like someone just walked over your grave, or it could be a vision or a dream where the entity speaks directly to you. Although you may feel scared at first, simply stay calm and ask the entity who it is, what it wants from you and why it is contacting you. Most of all, thank it for coming through and for answering your prayer.
You can even take notes about what happened as I do with my spiritual diary (check out my blog on this product by clicking here). By writing messages down, it can be very helpful in remembering the experience. It also helps to answer any questions you may have about what happened.
If you are not used to communicating with entities and spirits, I would suggest that you start by reading more about them through books or online. There is a wealth of information out there for you to learn from; all that's needed is the time and patience to find it!
