Be Organized And Never Forget A Thing Again

When you're organized, you waste less time looking for your keys, other things you need for the day, and taking care of to-dos. In general, being more organized leads to better productivity and happiness.

This post will go through a few easy ways to be more organized! Hopefully these tips will help you find peace and clarity in your life.

#1 Develop a routine. Everyone has their own preference for what time they wake up, have breakfast or lunch, study or work out etc., but having a routine can make it easier to get things done because there are fewer decisions to make when things happen throughout the day.

#2 Use a calendar! One of the best ways to stay organized is to write down everything for the week and stick it on your calendar. You can set reminders for things like "Go grocery shopping" or "Take out the trash" so you won't forget it. The internet also has pretty handy calendars that are available for download !

#3 Utilize technology. This is one of our favorite organization tips! There are so many apps and gadgets that come with calendars, alarms, timers, reminders and more. Just double check with your phone provider whether they offer free texting apps or free texting on your phone before you buy anything. For example, T-Mobile has free Google Calendar applications for their customers.

#4 Become more organized in your email inbox! The more junk lying around your email inbox, the more time it takes to search for things. Using a tool like Gmail's Priority Inbox can keep you from over-spending on time spent going through your email. Use filters like "seen today" or "read last week" to help you get rid of old emails that you don't need anymore or have already answered. Specify categories like "Work", "Personal", and even better, create sub-categories so that each category contains a specific type of information.
