Conclusion: Lombardi definitely would not have considered the Cowboys to be a "Super Bowl" team, but he would have called his offense "more than adequate." It's easy to see why. The talent was there and Lombardi had a sound plan for winning. But he also understood that talent alone does not achieve success and that a team needs to win together, especially in the NFL.

As stated above, the key to success is determined by planning.
