How To Create Financial Freedom
We've all come to a point in our lives where we ask ourselves, "What am I doing with my life?" or "What does it all mean?" or even "Is this all there is?" But no matter who you are and what stage of life you're in, one thing is for certain: the only way to have true and lasting happiness is to create financial freedom.
So take time today, right now, to examine your money situation. Make lists: income vs. expenses; everything you're spending money on. Look at your living expenses, transportation, food. Everything.
Now, figure out how to cut back on expenses. Cut them as far as you can. Live in a smaller space. Live with fewer material objects – this will drastically reduce the money you spend on maintenance (cleaning products, electricity, etc.) and insurance (house/personal). I have a friend who was paying $50/month for car insurance on a car he didn't even own anymore! That's just stupid. Keep it simple and keep it smart.
Once your expenses are under control, think about income. Think about how many hours a week you're working. What are your hours like? If you work at a job that requires you to commute, think about cutting that. If you need two or more hours to commute, what can be done so that those hours can be worked right in the home? Maybe find another job with shorter hours.
There are three main things that people do wrong when they create financial freedom: they spend too much money, they spend too much time (when they could be creating income), and they fail to take advantage of the opportunities that are presented in front of them (i.e., making more money!). If you can work on all three areas, your life will change exponentially. It's really that simple.
As a side note: In my book, "The Entrepreneur Blueprint," I explain how to create a business around something you love to do. If you don't like what you're doing right now, but it's a decent income, start a company around your passion. My co-author and I did this very thing, and turned a $30K/year job into a $300K/year business in the span of 2 years.
Choose the life you want to live and create the financial freedom to make it happen. You can do it with or without an outside source of money – its all up to you! The only thing stopping you is you. And if that's not a good enough excuse to change things now, then what is? So get started!
To Your Success,

So take time today, right now, to examine your money situation. Make lists: income vs. expenses; everything you're spending money on. Look at your living expenses, transportation, food. Everything.
Then cut back on expenses.
Now think about income. Think about how many hours a week you're working. What are your hours like? If you work at a job that requires you to commute, think about cutting that. If you need two or more hours to commute, what can be done so that those hours can be worked right in the home? Maybe find another job with shorter hours.
Then create a plan and give yourself a deadline. Follow through on it. Make it happen.
When I first began looking for ways to create financial freedom, I read every book I could get my hands on about personal finance – Dave Ramsey and Robert Kiyosaki were two of them. And there were many others – all with the same theme: "Get out of debt." While that's great advice, it left me unsatisfied because none of the books offered a clear plan for creating financial freedom from the beginning.
One day, I realized that I had to take matters into my own hands. I had to create my own plan. That's when I began studying the business models of others who had done the same thing. And one by one, I used their "blueprints" to create my own profit streams and build my own wealth from nothing.
I've made millions of dollars in cash, and just as much in assets – all from scratch, nothing handed to me. Now you can have it all too – through hard work and a willingness to learn from others who have already paved the way for you.
