Do you have a goal in mind, but fear not because there are many resources that can help set and achieve goals. In this blog post, I will mention three ways to ensure you have the right mindset in achieving your goals and I have included the websites below that can put your worries on rest.

1) Meditate Before The Goal: You should practice meditation before any sort of goal-setting or achievement because it has been found to increase willpower as well as improve focus, performance, problem solving ability, cognitive flexibility and creativity.

2) Define Your Goals: Tell yourself that you will achieve the goal by a certain time. When you tell yourself the goal, you will have more motivation to work on it and keep the goal in mind at all times.

3) Break your goals down into smaller steps: If you are trying to write an essay and have a very long essay to write, let's say 3000 words, break it up into 30 small 30-minute sections. This way if you get stuck somewhere, when you go back to work on it for 50 minutes, then get stuck again for another 50 minutes etc. You don't feel like giving up because it's just a small part of your longer term goal.
