Key to Success
You’ve probably heard the cliche: behind every successful person is a team of people. It seems to be true, whether you look at sports, business, or education.
The key is helping students find their strengths and then find others who can help them develop those strengths into skills that will lead them to success; finding friends who can provide support and encouragement in times of need; finding mentors who have expertise in that area you want to develop your career in. You will also need to find someone who understands personal finance if you are going the entrepreneurial route. And don't forget about the importance of your physical and mental health.
It takes a village! Although the phrase is overused, it is the truest thing I have ever read. There are simply too many tasks that need to be accomplished in order for you to succeed. If you aren't receiving some form of help from someone else--whether it be financial, intellectual, or moral support--you will struggle.
Part of the problem with achieving success is that we will often set goals for ourselves and then never actually follow through on steps that are necessary to accomplish those goals.
For example, you set a goal to be a football star. You don't want to take the steps necessary to actually be one so you quit your passion because it isn't practical. You will never be a football star unless you put in the time.
Making money is not easy, nor is it easy to maintain your motivation to achieve those goals. But it does have its challenges. One might say that having money isn’t the key; money comes and goes and one must continually seek out ways of increasing their income, as well as maintaining it. One way that some people try to do this is by learning what other people know about their field, then using those skills in their own business ventures or career path.
Making money is difficult, but having the right mindset will help you to see your goals through and then receive a significant amount of gratification when you reach them. You'll learn a great deal about yourself, your strengths and weaknesses, along with an understanding of what aspects of your life need improvement.
In addition, after you achieve the goals that you set for yourself, you better be prepared to maintain that mindset for the rest of your life.
The key is to not give up when times get tough; keep in mind that if one has enough passion in them, they will never quit.

There is a book called The Multi-Level Marketing Made Easy Guide to Legitimate Part Time Home Businesses by Lalo Alcaro Jr. and it talks about how he got started in Network marketing and teaches people how to get started as well in their own Network Marketing Company. In the book it says that there is a quote from Napoleon Hill (the author of Think and Grow Rich) that goes something like "what we think, we become".
