Lets Start A War: A War Of Kindness!
We're all running out of time before December 21st. Remember, we have to stop that asteroid from crashing into Earth and destroying everything! But what if the asteroid wasn't so big of a problem, and it just happened to be a blessing? What if the asteroid was the result of some sort of human intervention...?
In short: Dr. Oleg Zaikin is sure that he has found evidence suggesting that the impending apocalypse is actually not as apocalyptic as we might think. The reason? Something called "Operation Pied Piper." And in order to prevent us from discovering Operation Pied Piper's secrets--or worse, actually fulfilling its plans--Dr. Zaikin was arrested on trumped-up charges...
That's where you come in! Time is Short, and the answers to these questions must be uncovered!
Before December 21st, you must gather information on Operation Pied Piper. And when you do, we need you to post that information on Reddit! This is a war of kindness, after all.
You will find all the instructions to your mission by reading the "Rules" section below. Each question has three possible answers: correct, incorrect or undetermined (marked as [U] or [?] ). When posting your answer, I want each of the three answers (or a combination thereof) to be posted separately with at least one fact per answer.
It is okay if you don't know the answer to a question. You can still post your best guess as long as it is accompanied by at least one fact and you don't know the answer for sure.
There are no explicit restrictions on what you may use for facts (e.g., newspaper articles, a web search, etc.) or where you may find those facts (i.e., wherever you want). However, all facts must be verifiable and the source used must be listed in the "Source" section of each post or in a later comment.
All answers must be in English, and you must use a single account to post the answers and your comments.
As a bonus, the mission will earn you some Reddit Gold! How much? That depends on how much information you gather.
To collect more information with your mission, I suggest overlapping your posts with Fact Hunt missions (either facthunt.reddit.com or facthunt2.reddit.com ). When you get messages from me about these missions being ongoing, feel free to participate by posting all of the information that you find on Reddit (just leave the italicized text in place).
In order to keep track of the # of possible correct answers, we need to know the correct answers before they are determined by fact-hunters. Please post your answers as soon as possible and then just let me know if they were actually correct or not.

RULES
1) This is a War Of Kindness! Please only use information gathered through fact-hunting to reveal Operation Pied Piper's secrets. Do NOT attempt to actively seek out information or put yourself in danger during this mission. The exception is if you have specific information about a dangerous situation (e.g. bomb threats, dangerous people). But even in that case, please contact a moderator or operator first.
2) You may only post during this mission if you have Reddit Gold. No exceptions.
3) No lying or cheating! You must post actual facts, and the source must be listed in the "Source" section of each post or in a later comment.
4) All answers to questions about Operation Pied Piper must be based on what has been revealed thus far in Season 4 of House Of Cards . Information from seasons 1-3 is not allowed (but may be used to determine what is true/not-true).
5) No interfering with the mission! Do NOT post information in this thread regarding fact-hunting missions (facthunt.reddit.com or facthunt2.reddit.com ) or comments on this mission (unless they are used to clarify previously stated facts in your answer). Also, do NOT comment in the follow-up thread with "forgot to mention this" type of comments--that is for my benefit and is not required for you to complete the mission. This means you cannot add information to your answers unless it has been confirmed in a future episode of House Of Cards .
6) Any answers NOT posted in this mission and/or any inappropriate comments will be removed.
7) Each fact-hunter must post between one and three possible answers per question, with a minimum of one answer per question. That means the maximum number of accepted answers to a single question is four. Do not post multiple times with the same answer in an attempt to get more points.
8 ) When you post your answer, I will check whether or not your answer is correct by looking at all the information that you posted on Reddit as well as all your other interactions on Reddit (e.g., comments you've made, upvotes, downvotes, etc.). If you post your answer on one of the front pages (r/all, r/videos, etc.), I will look at all the posts you have made on those front pages as well.
9) No information will be added to this mission after December 21st, 2015. You must post your answers before that date or they will not count toward the goal of this mission.
9a) If a fact-hunter makes multiple posts about a question over time, at least one of them must be using either "all 5 facts" or "facthunt2.reddit.com. If not, that fact-hunter's answer for that question will not count toward the goal of this mission.
10) If a fact-hunter discovers a new piece of information or has evidence to contribute that an answer is incorrect, they must contact me through modmail (or the operator if they are in one of the chat rooms) and request permission to update their posts. Based on the current information that I have checked, I will decide whether or not to update your post.
11) The answers to each question are "correct", "incorrect" or "undetermined". Answer choices with a percentage are calculated based on all correct answers divided by three (since there must always be at least one correct answer).
12) All answers will be recorded and the results will be posted at the end of the mission on December 21st, 2015. Results will include your answers to all questions (in alphabetical order by answer) as well as all correct answers (again, in alphabetical order). The maximum # of answers which can earn this mission is three.
13) If you have multiple accounts, you may only post for this mission on one account.
14) I will allow up to three bonuses for completing this mission within a 24-hour period from posting. You must have at least one fact post in each of these 24 hours before or after posting, but they do not need to be all different facts.

1) The question is about a character who appears in Season 4 of House Of Cards . I could only find "Cuddy" and "Ginny" as potential answers. The most likely answer is:
