 Monitoring Goals Online

There are a lot of people who want to monitor their goals on the internet. What's their purpose, you might ask? Well, below are some of the reasons and how you can do that.

-To track your progress or steps taken towards certain goal
-To set yourself up for success when completing certain goal
-To maintain a healthy lifestyle for example by recording daily calorie intake or step counts where you live
-For insurance purposes in case something unfortunate happens to go undone before completing goal
-Make sure others know what they are doing while they're not physically there

There is no reason why people shouldn't be able to monitor all these things online. In fact, a lot of people will be tempted to monitor their actions online without doing it at all.

Now that we have explained the reasons for monitoring goals online and what you can use it for, let's get into some more detail. Below are a few different methods to accomplish this.

-Monitoring Goals using Google spreadsheets . This is probably one of the most common ways that people monitor goals because they're free and simple to organize. Before you can start making these spreadsheets however, you need to set up Google Sheets. There are plenty of tutorials on how to do this if that's not your thing at all but here's the step by step: 1) Go to https://www.google.com 2) Go to tools 3) Click on create a new spreadsheet under the "create" tab. 4) Input your information (or put in your own if you want). 5) Name the spreadsheet 6) Copy and paste (ctrl+c, ctrl+ v, or ctrl+ alt + v on your keyboard). 7) Kill (ctrl + k, k on your keyboard), then close all browser windows before opening formated Google sheets. Remember that you can copy and paste anywhere you want within Google sheets so feel free to put it wherever you want.
-Monitoring Goals using Movable-type . This is one of the more powerful applications for monitoring goals online. Many people swear by this software. If you want to try it out, you can download it here . It's free to download and is even better when you sign up for an account.
-Monitoring Goals using Excel . This is another method people use if they're into working with spreadsheets but don't want to pay for or want to use Movable-type. You can log all your calorie intake online using this method as well as other things like weight, body mass index (BMI), blood pressure, cholesterol levels and much more!
-Monitoring Goals using Google Calendar . This one is a little more advanced since it requires the use of Google Calendar. You can set up goals to be completed by certain dates or even by specific hour. It is ideal for those who have the time and energy required to put in a little extra effort each day.
-Monitoring Goals using a Web App . This is one of the newer methods used on a lot of websites that monitor goals online because of its ease to use. Instead of having a Google Spreadsheet, you can set up your goals right on your website as well as other things that you may want to monitor online.
-Monitoring Goals using an iPhone app . The reason why this method has become popular is because it's very simple and easy to access anywhere. Just like the web app, you don't have to worry about syncing your phone with a computer.
-Monitoring Goals using a Website . Of course, our favourite is to set up goals on our own website. We've got a few other tutorials that explain how you can do this very easily. Here's an example of what your website will look like:
