Pacing And Leading
While it is possible to pace a conversation in every scenario, some situations lend themselves better to this method than others. There are times when you should let the other people speak, and there are times where you should take the lead. Here's an example of when it may be appropriate:
If someone asks a question and they're not sure how to answer, give them time to think about their response. It's best to allow them at least three minutes before you continue your dialogue.
The same is true if someone says something that doesn't make sense or seems illogical. Let them finish what they're saying.
If you're talking to someone who's mentally challenged and unable to tell the difference between what's important and what's not, you may need to find a more subtle way of speaking with them. While you don't want to go out of your way to correct every mistake that person makes, you should let them know when one of their statements sounds off or when they make a mistake.
There are other times when you should take the lead in the conversation. If you feel like it's appropriate, you can take the lead in any conversation. If a person says something that's related to a topic you're interested in, let them know how you feel about it. Don't correct their information but offer your own perspective on their ideas.
When someone's story is really interesting or helpful, show them how important they are to you by letting them know how much value their words have to you personally.
If a person is saying something you disagree with, tell them that you disagree with their idea. If they're really wrong, you can explain why they're wrong. It's best not to be overly forceful in your delivery but assertive enough to get your point across.
In these circumstances, the other person will be able to tell when it's time for a response. Not every conversation requires a response from every person involved in it. That's why it's important to listen to what people are saying, respond appropriately, and let the conversation flow.
How you pace when you speak is dependent on the scenario in which you find yourself. If everyone's having a good time, you may have the freedom to let conversations flow without effort. However, if someone's having a bad time because of your actions, then it's only appropriate that you take control at some point during the conversation.
The rules of pacing and leading are universal. They're true whether you're talking to the CEO of a major company or the cashier at a gas station. Whether you're engaged in conversation with your spouse, your boss, or your kids, you can use this method to get them to become more responsive to what you have to say.
Although there are times when it's appropriate for someone else in the conversation to take control, there are other times when it's only appropriate for you to do so. If a conversation is going off track and you're not sure how to fix it, it may be best for you to take control.
In the next section I'll teach you more about walking the path of leadership.

Conclusion:
I think you'll learn a lot more by watching the videos and reading the free book than if you read this post, but I hope it was a good overview of some of the information. The point I want to get across in all this is: if you're not getting girls today, it's likely because of your behavior and how you talk to girls.
It's not because some 'magical' girl appears who will love you despite your bad habits that you've gotten yourself used to over the last few years.
