By being independent, entrepreneurs can dedicate most of their time to building their business. In addition, entrepreneurs make decisions based on business principles and their own personal values.
A man who is an entrepreneur has a unique outlook on the world because he is self-employed and responsible for everything that happens in his company.
What are the characteristics of successful entrepreneurs? 
For starters, being an entrepreneur means you are accountable for your actions and decisions. Entrepreneurs learn a lot by experiencing failures along the way; this is why they don't quit until they have reached their goals.  Most importantly, you cannot be successful if there are no goals to reach in life.
Examples of great entrepreneurs: 
- Bill Gates: co-founder of Microsoft and the world's richest entrepreneur. Gates' income in 1987, which was 10 years after Microsoft was established, was a billion dollars. At that time, this was more money than the gross domestic product of most countries.
- Mark Zuckerberg: creator of Facebook, the world's biggest social network (1 billion users). He has been on Forbes magazine's list of billionaires since 2008 and has been the youngest billionaire in history from 2009 to 2013.
- Warren Buffett: his company Berkshire Hathaway is one of the biggest stocks in the world with a market value of about $305 billion.
What are the skills needed to be successful as an entrepreneur?  - Don't worry about what other people think. You must take risks and act in a way that makes you successful.
- You need to be creative, innovative and persistent. To be creative, you need to be able to think outside of the box and come up with ideas that will help your business . To innovate, you have to have high levels of intellect and creativity. If you do not innovate, your competitors will eventually do it first; this is why it is important for entrepreneurs to develop new products or services for a sustainable business model. To be persistent, you have to be able to persevere in the face of failure. You are not always going to get the results you want in your business, but if you make an effort, you will eventually hit your goals.
How can we make entrepreneurship a bigger part of our lives? We need to promote entrepreneurship. We need to make sure people know what entrepreneurs do because they play an important role in our lives.  We must raise awareness about entrepreneurship among young people so that they know that there are many opportunities for great entrepreneurs and successful business owners. We should encourage young people to be innovative and creative because this is a characteristic that makes them more likely to become successful as entrepreneurs.
Finally, we should help young people with innovative ideas to follow their dreams.
Empathy is one of the most important skills in society; without it, we would not be able to work well with others or understand other people's values.  Entrepreneurs are no different; they must have empathy for what their customers want and need.
- An entrepreneur must have empathy for his customers so that he can better serve them and meet their needs. When you are an entrepreneur, you will gain a deep understanding about your business and customers because you have to deal with them every day. In order to be successful as an entrepreneur, your customers must like and trust you because they will patronize your business in the long run.
- An entrepreneur must be able to see things from a customer's perspective in order to understand him better and his needs. You will know what he wants, what is not working for him, how you can help him, and the solutions you can offer.
- An entrepreneur will always have an open mind about new ways of doing business, new techniques in sales, marketing and other areas. Entrepreneurs are constantly learning about their businesses; they are never stuck at one level because they tend to keep an open mind (this is why they can easily change their business model or strategy).  In order to achieve this goal of being an open-minded entrepreneur, entrepreneurs must learn from other people in their business or from reading different books.
- Having empathy for customers is not enough, you also need to be able to see things from their points of view so that you can learn how to help them and solve their problems. It is important for an entrepreneur to understand what people want and need because it will help him serve these needs in the most beneficial way.
In order to achieve this goal, you have to have empathy for your customers. You must be able to see things from their point of view so that you know how they need you and how they feel about your business.  You should help them when they are in trouble or when something happens with their problem because it will benefit both parties in the long run.
You should take into consideration what your customers want and need at all times. If you know what they want and give it to them, they will keep coming back to your business and help you grow.
- You have to know how to listen because this skill is important in business as well as in life. You should learn how to listen to other people's points of view so that you can learn about their culture and values. By doing this, you will discover new opportunities for your business because you will be able to meet the needs of different people from different places around the world.
- To be successful as an entrepreneur, you must be able to develop a good sense of communication skills because communication is very important for your business . You must be able to connect with people and make them see things from your perspective. A good way to achieve this goal is to participate in debates or to read books on the subject.
- As a part of your business, you should always be ready to interact with customers, "sell" your products or services, and be creative when doing so. As an entrepreneur, you must learn how to effectively communicate with people and make them understand what you do (in marketing, for example). In order to achieve this goal, you should keep talking about your business; speak about it at all times so that you can improve upon your communication skills.
- As mentioned above, an entrepreneur should always be open to new things because if you do not learn what is happening in the business world, you will never be able to improve. You must be creative and innovative in order to find new things and solutions for your business . It is important for entrepreneurs to understand that the world is always changing; therefore, it is important for them to be willing to adapt quickly so that they can make the most of opportunities as they arise.
- As a result of the ability just mentioned above, an entrepreneur should always have a good sense of humor ; this is how he can deal with problems and problems from people without losing his temper.
