Spirituality Information - Journey In The Fields Of Forever ( Part 4 )

This is the fourth and final part of the article series.

In this article I will be describing my views on Spirituality, what I do to help myself spiritually, and how I believe spirituality can help you.

I believe that it is important for everyone to have a spiritual practice in their life. If we don't take time for ourselves, who will? Practicing spirituality does not need to be expensive, as there are many simple practices one can do at home. Spending ten minutes every day with thoughts of peace and gratitude can provide tremendous benefits to your mental health - from happiness and satisfaction to longevity! Below are four sources of information about spirituality: , , , and Wisdom Words & Spirituality.

I have always been drawn to the idea of spirituality, since I was a child and have experienced some of it in my life so far. I believe that finding a spiritual path is important for everyone, as I believe that it is the only way to achieve true happiness. I have always been drawn to nature and have spent many hours walking in the woods, both listening to and watching the beauty of nature. Such activities can encourage feelings of peace, tranquility and a sense of connection with a higher power - they fill me with energy and give me purpose. Spending time alone in nature or at home helps me cleanse my mind, spirit and soul and can be freeing, uplifting and healing.

The thoughts, actions and deeds of all beings affect their own fate as well as the fate of other beings. It is important to realize that we are all connected, and what goes around comes around. I try to treat everyone with love and respect and cultivate the feeling of friendliness toward others. I try not to be angry or upset - in fact, I have tried my best to forgive those who have hurt me in the past through forgiveness. By doing these things, I keep my karma clean and clear, which improves every aspect of my life.

The only thing I can control is myself.

I believe that there is a higher power - a creator - that has given us free will. We are given the ability to choose how we live and how we treat others. We are also given the power to control our thoughts and actions. The only thing I can control is myself. I can't control what others do, but I can control my reaction to what they do - am I going to be upset or angry? Or am I going to try and forgive, forget and move on? It is not easy, but it helps when you have a spiritual practice that guides you in the way you live your life.

As someone who has experienced some personal tragedy in my life, one of the most important things for me is self forgiveness; accepting my past has helped me move forward. It is not easy, but it is possible and something I plan to do in my life now. Forgiving yourself has a huge impact on your life - you realize that there are things in your past that have happened to you because you have done them or not done them. If we have all the time in the world, maybe we should take all the time in the world learning and forgiving ourselves; making sure that we are doing things that are right for us by taking responsibility for our lives and not blaming others.

Our behaviors affect more than just us.

We all know that our behaviors affect us, but they also affect more than just us. Our behavior affects those around us, including family and friends, our environment and the planet we live on. As spiritual beings living on a planet with other spiritual beings, we can all make an effort to treat others with love, kindness and respect. Treating animals kindly is also important and acknowledged in many religions, since they have feelings too!

Wisdom Words and Spirituality has a nice article titled: Faith: Living The Life You Choose. I strongly agree with this article, since we are all spiritual beings living in a spiritual world. We are not just stuck on this planet, living life like robots. We make choices every day and can change it at any time. There is a higher power that created us and we can choose to believe in it or not; but either way, there are things in our lives that are beyond our control. I agree with the article when it states:
No one should have the power to limit you from reaching your potential.

does a nice article on the topic of moving forward from tragedies. They have a quote from Albert Einstein that I find very powerful:
Absolute genius is indestructible by mortal man.
No matter how difficult it may be at times, we must try to move forward and continue with our lives - taking control of our own lives and not blaming others. It is easier said than done, but there is always hope in being able to believe that we can do it!

Augusta, Georgia is my hometown, so it is important to me that I continue to be helpful in any way possible. I have been fortunate enough to have friends that are very supportive of me and what I do, including many local businesses and organizations. Two places I go frequent are the library and the playground. The library has several shelves of donated books and tapes, which help people with all kinds of different problems - like alcoholism or diabetes. It makes me happy to help people who have suffered hardship in their lives (and sometimes even helped by reading a book). The playground is great for exercising and getting my breathing in tune - the more we move our bodies, the better we feel regardless of what's going on around us.

The US Bureau of Labor Statistics projects that the number of jobs for athletic coaches will increase by about 20 percent through 2016, which is about as fast as the average of all occupations.<ref name="http://www.bls.gov"></ref> The growing popularity and interest in sports also contributes to this growth.<ref name="http://www.bls.

Conclusion

In conclusion, I believe that we can all make a difference in our lives. It doesn't matter what we do for a living or how much money we make; the important thing is to have a good attitude, do what you love and be happy. Be the best person you can be and treat others with respect. When we make an effort to treat others with love and kindness, it helps to carry over into our own lives as well.

I hope this article has provided helpful information on ways that each of us can help others in need! Take care! :)
