Computer Based Training for Your Future Career

Computer Based Training for Your Future Career

Our technology is advancing more quickly than ever before, and it's becoming increasingly difficult to keep up. An education in the fields of computer programming, software engineering and web development are some of the most sought after skills in today's workforce.

In today’s world we rely on our computers heavily throughout our daily lives. This reliance has created a need for more people that can develop these programs so they’re easy to use and maintainable by others. To fill this need employers are looking for people that have a strong background in STEM (Science Technology Engineering Math) fields, as well as adequate computer skills.

We have decided to create a computer based training program to help bridge the gap between parents, teachers and students that wish to pursue a career in computer science.

The time is now for our generation to start preparing for the future, we need more people that understand and love our tremendous technological advancements. The way we do this is by providing scholarships for high school students looking to pursue these skills. We will also be starting a new program for adults who want to retool their previous career by learning something new that will help them reach their new goal of becoming an Internet professional.

Our primary focus will be on developing software engineers, as technology fundamentally affects everything we do in our everyday lives.

We also feel that it's important for our future generations to learn about this technology from a younger age. Our computer-based training program will attempt to bridge the skills gap in high school students who are interested in pursuing these technologies.

The scholarship component of this program will give high school students and those getting an education at a local community college the opportunity to take these courses for free. To apply for a scholarship, please fill out the application by following the link on our website. We look forward to helping you with your future goals!

The Master of Science in Computer Science (MScCS) is a one-year graduate program that prepares students for careers as software engineers, database developers or software testers. The program includes study-abroad opportunities to Munich, Germany; Vienna, Austria; and London, England. The Master of Science in Computer Science (MScCS) is one of only seven graduate programs in Minnesota accredited by the Computing Accreditation Commission.

Conclusion
With its successful transition to a fully online program, Minnesota State Community and Technical College (MSC&T) is making history by becoming the first educational institution in Minnesota to offer a licensed, bachelor's degree in computer programming . The MScCS will allow the college to continue to provide current students with access to new products and services from area industries.

The MScCS will help employers attract and retain talented employees while providing a jumpstart for career-changers, who will be able to enter the workforce with an in-demand skill set. The program's graduates are projected to have some of the highest salaries within their fields, as well as a competitive compensation package as they identify new opportunities in the software development field.
