Do I Need a Resume or Curriculum Vita?
There are very few people that haven’t looked over their friend’s resume before. It is one of those “beautiful” documents that cause the paper to curl and spread into a cloud of dust when it gets hit by the fan. Resumes are usually created with significant purpose, as they are not just meant to be read, but used as marketing tools for job hunting.

If you think that a resume is good enough, then why write another one? Well here are some reasons why:

You may have forgotten to include something important in your job application. If this happens then you can just go back and add the things that you missed. Sometimes employers ask for a copy of your resume so it is better for them to have a copy anyways in case they want another one.

There is no good or bad of a resume, it all depends on the employer. They may not be looking for a whole new resume in the first place, but if you need one then you may have to write one.

A curriculum vitae is not an actual document, it is your personality and expertise written down in two different ways. It's like having two completely different resumes within one document.

It gives employers more information about you so they can get to know more about you as a person. Your CV has been customized for every job seeker as they are unique individuals with their own unique experiences and opinions that can’t be found in any other resume out there.

It could be considered a resume for someone that has no work experience. I would advise against writing a CV as it is like having two completely separate resumes of yourself.

Resumes are usually written with more detail because they are supposed to contain more information so that the employer can make an informed decision on you. CVs are meant to be brief and concise, so they should contain only the most important information that needs to be collected by the employer.

A CV may not have been used before by your current or past employers because it could be deemed unnecessary. It is just means that you never had an actual account of what your job performance was like with them in terms of hours worked, projects completed, etc...

I believe that these are enough reasons for you to at least try to write a CV if you don't already have one. It's never too late to start learning. Maybe it won't be the best, but it will be better than having nothing at all.  There are people who use their CV as a resume, but I think that is a waste of time and effort.

If you are looking for some help then there are many websites out there that can teach you how to make your own CV or resume. Some of them will even let you submit your documents for editing, so they can help with everything from formatting and fonts to the content itself.

Here are some good places that you can visit if you want to learn how to make a CV or resume:

Other websites like z-zone also give out free trials for their resume writing software so that you can try it out and see for yourself how well it works. You can also learn from others' experiences in their reviews and ratings to see what other people think of the software.

This will make it easier for employers to find you when they are searching for job candidates through the system. You can also get a free trial of the program if you have any further questions about their software.

Resume Writing Jobs
These are a few websites that give out jobs that you can apply for. They might make you do a resume or CV writing test, but they will also be able to give you a job if they believe that your CV or resume is up to par. This is much better than having nothing at all!
