- Maintain the cleanliness of all store departments by following our store cleaner policy.
- Adhere to all procedures, policies and guidelines of Home Depot.com, including operating,
securing and using our websites and technologies in accordance with company policies.
- Demonstrate customer service skills by providing exceptional customer service throughout the customer's entire visit at our store.
- Use accurate information, including price and availability as presented on our website to assist
customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate journal entries both on store work orders and in POS register.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time while working in the stocking department.
- Good computer skills including word processing, customer service and sales transactions skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a quick response time.
- Good verbal, written and listening skills.
