What is your favorite book?
-Confessions by Saint Augustine of Hippo, The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald, The Invisible Game by Michael Lewis.
If you could meet one person dead or alive who would it be?
-Franklin Delano Roosevelt, the man and politician. He is one of the greatest presidents of USA and I believe he is one of the most influential presidents in history, because he gave a speech that changed whole country like "A New Deal" which helped a lot of people. I admire him for his leadership and also his courage to fight against racism!
The question makes me think about who we will choose as our favorite celebrity if we could meet them dead or alive. It's a pretty silly question for you as fans. But it's not just about dead or alive, I also want to meet someone who inspires me the most and someone I love no matter if he is dead or alive. And my answer is Leonardo DiCaprio. He has a different charm from other people. His passion and way how he expresses his passion in his movies and life are incredible! He showed us how to be an actor, how to live the role given to you in another level! Brilliant actor, brilliant person!
The band was formed on 13th October 1997 when vocalist Thomas Youngblood was just 15 years old. The band's original line-up included Youngblood on vocals, guitarist Christian Lasegue, bassist Daniel Papp and drummer Thomas Stauch. This Is Why We Can't Have Nice Things is the third studio album by American indie pop band Car Seat Headrest. The album is the follow-up to Teens of Style (2015) and will be released via Matador Records on October 20, 2017. On their social media accounts the band have been teasing new material since March 2017 with images of potential new album artwork and song titles printed on tape cassettes.
John Lydgate of "Metal Hammer" gave two positive five-star reviews for "This Is Why We Can't Have Nice Things", where he wrote, "they're still a case of fine things being found in the moment rather than something to be built upon." Jonathan Bradley of Sound Of The Deep placed it at number seven on his list of the best albums of 2017, praising its "poignant beauty and honest nature", while Robert Bruce Duffy of Jesus Freak Hideout praised its lyrics, stating that they are "the most honest version I've heard so far."

I don't know how to start this blog post, am still trying to figure out what the title was going to be, so I am just going to call it "something that is not nice".
My name is Shane Butler and I am a customer service worker in Kenya at one of the biggest banks in East Africa, where I have been for more than four years now (Yes Sir). Currently at the age of 23 and have almost completed my university degree in Computer & IT engineering, which I have studied for about 3 years now.
I will be 29 this year and I am a young heart and soul, who although has his own problems already, doesn't let it get to him as easily as others out there do.
From what I have observed in my short time working within the banking industry, I am of the opinion that customer service workers are not treated as equals. As much as I don't want to point fingers at any particular person or institution, this is what I have observed and for the most part, it's understandable. TBH, I am not really bothered about this more than anything else. There are however 4 things that really make me mad:
1) The most common issue is that we are treated like lowly minions when we go to the bank.
2) Customer service workers are given low wages compared to how much money we actually make.
3) We are not treated as equal in our departments and they only promote those who they deem fit enough.
4) There are no customer service call centers in Kenya and as such, most of us have to answer customer calls because our systems are down for maintenance.
I am writing this blog post because I want to garner support from fellow colleagues.
Why does customer service matter? In the long run, it matters a lot! It matters more than you think!
As sad as this is to say, but we will actually lose out in the end if we don't take action now. If you are reading this, then please spread the word about how much public support there is for us (you can share your story below).
It does not matter if you have a degree or not, if you are willing to learn and the will to succeed, then give it a go!
I don't want to point fingers at any particular bank. If a person is treated poorly, then let's all bring it to their attention. Let them know that they will not be treated like this in the future and that they should treat everyone better.
