A professional author has been traveling around the country talking about his books and his career. He is also giving out signed copies of his latest book to anyone who asks. He has agreed to travel from town to town and give a speech on a topic that is of interest to the people he is visiting.
The author will be giving a talk on "How One Gets Published." Topics that he could cover include:
-How does one get an agent?
-What does an agent look for in a book?
-What are the different types of agents? What are the differences among them?
-What do you need in order to find an agent that fits your needs and qualifications? (e.g., time, money, etc.?)
-What is a book proposal? How can I write one?
-What makes a good book proposal? What should it include?

Teacher is a novel written by John Grisham that was released in 2005. It was Grisham's first venture into the young adult market. This novel is about a teenager who, after being hit by a car, can see into other people's minds by touching them. Her teacher, Mrs. Rosenberg, wants to use this ability to make the world a better place. The student finds herself in the middle of many situations where she must decide what is right and what is wrong.

Conclusion

This is the final assignment of the course. Combine all of the resources that you have researched and written in the previous assignments into a well-rounded list titled "Youth Media & Technology for Education." The list should include at least 10 types of tools, procedures or strategies (e.g., blogs, wikis, podcasts, etc.) that educators can use to help enhance learning and motivate students.
