The Easy Chair Millionaire: Lazy Money Method?

Some people are born entrepreneurs. They start from nothing, create something from nothing, and eventually have all the time in the world to do whatever they want because they’re living their dream. Most of us aren’t that lucky. We may not have brilliant ideas for businesses all the time, but we can still make a lot more money and reduce stress by working smarter - not harder - like these entrepreneurs did:

- Evernote founder Phil Libin built his company into an almost $1 billion dollar business with only three employees and a simple idea to make note taking easier than ever before using smartphones and tablets.

- In the same year that Snapchat founder Evan Spiegel turned down a $3 billion dollar Facebook buyout offer, he bought his first house with cash - a $1.6 million dollar mansion in Brentwood, California.

- Grant Cardone, a high school dropout and self-made millionaire real estate investor from New York City, sold more than one million copies of his book The 10X Rule: The Only Difference Between Success and Failure in 2012 alone. He lives by the rule that he can’t fail if he simply tries 10 times harder than everyone else - because it works for him time and time again.

- Dov Charney is the self-proclaimed “American Apparel” of the fashion industry. He singlehandedly built up a company that was valued at $300 million dollars in 2007, despite having no education past high school. His company recently filed for bankruptcy, but in the meanwhile he lives in a rent-controlled penthouse loft with his girlfriend.

- Real estate mogul Davy Klaassen has purchased over $100 million dollars worth of property throughout Europe just by sitting at home, watching YouTube videos and buying foreclosed or distressed properties that were auctioned off by banks. He told his story to a full house during a recent TED talk in Amsterdam.

- Brian Fanzo is the founder of a company called IMG Media and media distribution platform Myspace. He wrote his own book The Power of Broke, which was published in 2010. He now lives in a $3 million dollar mansion paid for by his own business and regularly travels to exotic locales like Morocco, Paris, and South Africa.

- If you’re looking for an easily repeatable way to make more money or have a lower stress level at home or at work, the Millionaire Easy Chair Millionaire Method may be worth taking a look into. It’s not an idea, a big investment, or even that much work. It’s a stream of income created by finding something you enjoy and does not require getting out of your chair - or paying for expensive tools like real estate or YouTube videos.

One of the biggest problems people have with working from home is the feeling of isolation. There is no one around to help when things get tough, or to celebrate your wins with you when things are going well. You may get lots of e-mails asking for help and support, but at the end of the day it’s just you and a little computer screen all by yourself.

The Millionaire Easy Chair Millionaire Method is a way to turn this feeling of isolation into a real source of business. The method has been around since the early 2000’s, but popularized by one of its original inventors, Brian Fanzo.

What makes the method work is that it’s not just a business idea or some secret that only certain people know about. It’s something anyone can do - regardless of their location, time during the day or even state of health. All you need is a computer and an Internet connection (the method also works using your phone).

And that’s what makes the method so appealing. It’s not some big time investment you have to make to have a real shot at making money from it. You don’t need fancy equipment, training or even a game plan before you can get started. You can start instantly with no worries about debt or what ifs.

I’ve been using the method now for several years, and I can say that it’s made my life and my business more enjoyable - and more profitable - than it was before. So I decided to write down what still seems like an obvious idea to me and help others discover it themselves.

The Millionaire Easy Chair Millionaire Method: Using what you love to start a successful business that doesn’t require traveling, investing or expensive equipment or software

It all started when Brian Fanzo came across the idea of creating a business from home. He was bored one afternoon and started looking for ways to make a living from home. He found that starting a blog was too risky, so he looked for other methods.

Then he found an advertisement for eLinquent, a newsletter distribution service that helped people sell products and services through newsletters. Now Brian wasn’t much of a writer at the time, but he knew that there were people out there who would pay money to read what he had to say - even if it wasn’t well written.

So Brian created 50 fake accounts on Yahoo Messenger and began sending messages out to random people telling them about his new business idea.

It was a success.

He would send messages like: “I’m looking for people who are interested in starting their own online business. How about you?”

In just four days, Brian received over 3,000 messages from people all over the world who were interested in joining his new project - even though he barely knew how to explain it to them at the time. So he wrote an article that explained what his “business idea” was and where they could learn more about it. He called it My First Newbie Blog Post and shared it on forums, blogs and Facebook pages.

The response was overwhelming: after only four days, Brian’s post had already been shared 3,000 times. He finally got back to people and started giving them a more detailed explanation about his new thing. They loved it! For some it was the beginning of their new business idea - for others it was simply something that inspired them creatively or gave them new ideas for their existing business.

The method began to spread from there, though Brian wasn’t doing much at the time other than mindlessly sending e-mail messages out to people who showed an interest in his idea.

Conclusion:

I have no doubt that most people out there have thought about starting their own business at least once in their life. We do it for various reasons. Some of us like to be our own boss, others would love to be independent entrepreneurs but can’t due to the amount of capital they would need, and a few are simply bored or looking for an innovative way to make a few extra dollars or improve their lifestyle.

The Millionaire Easy Chair Millionaire Method is something I wish I’d discovered sooner.
