The Next Vital Step: You Need A Marketing Plan
Everyone is talking about how important marketing is these days. But what does it really mean to have a "great" marketing plan? A great marketing plan will be based on your strengths, the needs of your company and its goals, your resources, and the market in which you are competing. Make sure you have a solid business plan and create valuable content that your audience can connect with. Focus on building relationships with customers - not just delivering good product. Create a brand so people can relate to you and your business.
At the same time, always ask yourself how you will measure success, who is responsible for making it happen and how are you going to communicate it. Some businesses want just to get noticed, others want to start a conversation, while others want both. It's important that all of these elements are considered in the marketing plan so it can be evaluated regularly throughout its life cycle.
