The PPC and AdSense Book.
This book covers everything you need to know about PPC and AdSense, in an easy-to-read style. Setting up a campaign is not difficult - the book will explain this in detail, as well as provide case studies of successful campaigns. You will know how to use keywords in a campaign and how to analyse your competitors' campaigns.
What you need to get started:
To get going, you will also need a hosting account on one of the many PPC (Pay Per Click) service providers in existence. These are known within Google as "AdSense" accounts. You will find this information in most of the promotional websites and blogs that describe the service. AdSense accounts provide a hosting platform for the PPC campaigns, and can be used to run PPV Ads (pay per view ads) as well.
This book is intended for people who have an interest in PPC, whether they wish to advertise their own products, or generate extra income for their business. There is a lot of information here that can help you manage your advertising campaigns and ensure you reach the maximum number of people possible.

Creating an AdSense Website - To Make Money Online by Paul David Wilson.
Driving traffic to your AdSense website is easy. You can easily find search terms on your website that will produce good traffic for you. But making money from those searches is not so easy, unless you have some idea of what to do with all that traffic. In this article, I will give you some examples of how to capitalise on the traffic that comes from people searching for keywords on your site.
The AdSense program offers a free way to generate revenue based upon the earnings of people who have visited your website. The program works by the creation of a code, which is installed on your site. The code 'plugs in' to your site in such a way that it keeps track of the number of people who have visited your site and the number of pages they have seen. Once a threshold is reached, you will be paid at least $1 to your AdSense account.
There are also many ways you can use AdSense to increase your earnings and make money from your website. You can use AdSense to make money from affiliate programs, and customise the code so that it 'senses' these affiliate links when visitors click on them.

Google AdSense - A Smart Way to Profit Online by Russell Parker.
If you have an existing website, you can very easily put ads on it and start earning money immediately. If you are using Google AdSense, the process is very simple and straightforward.
You simply place the Google AdSense code (the code is provided free of charge by Google) on your site and add some text links to your content area. You must comply with some simple rules regarding the size of the ads, where they can be placed etc.
Of course there are many other ways you can use Google AdSense to make money online, but today we're just focussing on this basic system that anyone can use without any experience at all. So let's get started.

Google Adsense - Getting Started by Russell Parker.
Google AdSense is the pay per click system provided by Google to publishers. It allows you to set up ads within your website, and share in the income that those ads generate. This means that you don't have to pay anything upfront for the ads, but instead can earn money from those who click them through a simple commission when they do a search for your product or service and then buy something from your website.
You will be able to choose which keywords will trigger the ads and where they are displayed on your site. Google keeps track of the click stream and your earnings on a daily basis, as well as other information such as who else has clicked on your ads. You can also customise the ad itself to meet your needs, and you will be able to request changes in this area if you wish.

Conclusion - The Bottom Line
One of the most important things to remember is that Google and AdSense are not going to help you build a successful business. Neither will they help you make money. They can, however, enable you to do both of these things. In order to do this, you need a website that provides an actual solution for your visitors; You need well-written content; You need to understand about search engine optimisation (SEO); You need to have correctly configured your AdSense account; And you need patience and persistence.
If we think about it, this is all very logical.
