A Walk in the Clouds of Multi-functional Posters
A while ago, I was a student in an art studio and one of my favorite assignments was designing posters. Posters are an easy way to visually express an idea or event in the form of a poster. They can be informative, artistic, or even a little bit promotional. You can find them all over college campuses, at concerts and events, as well as for sale online. Some people even frame their own posters! These walk-in cloud title posters are created by Kimi Jenkins with her design studio that she started called “Metal Flowers Productions” with her fiancé Adam Buxbaum (according to the website). The designs are beautiful and really depict the natural feel of what it might be like to walk through a cloud. This particular design is available in different sizes and types of prints including canvas prints, metal prints, and traditional fine art paper. The price range ranges from $15.00 to $350 depending on which size and kind of print you decide on. It is also possible to order a print as a stretched canvas. This would be an awesome choice for professional photographers or even avid amateur photographers that want a unique way to display their photo! You can order your own print by going to Metal Flowers Productions . The great thing about ordering your own print is that you can choose the size of your print and see which style fits best in your space!
The prints are available in several different sizes from 11"x14" to 23"x35", and the possibilities for framing these posters are endless. My favorite part about this design is that there are multiple ways to display it. If you want the cloud effect to be more subtle, then simply frame the poster as you normally would with a dark color, such as black or brown. On the other hand, if you want a more dramatic effect, make sure to frame this poster with a lighter color, such as white or cream. In addition, these posters can be easily changed out when you want a new look with a different poster. The most cost efficient way to purchase this print is to order it framed so that you already have the frame to hang your poster in and you don't have to worry about picking a frame out and then paying for shipping. The other large benefit, if you choose to buy one of these prints, is that they come pre-sealed so that the print will last longer without fading. I am sure we all remember buying posters at the dollar store that were framed with glass and then trying to keep those frames clean enough so that the picture wouldn't fade over time. It is a great feeling to purchase something and know that it will last for a long time. You could even go one step further and buy the Metal Prints, which are extremely durable, recyclable and scratch resistant and would really stand up to years of display without fading or scratching.
I love how versatile these posters are because they serve not only as posters but also as canvases. If you are more of the crafty type you can frame these prints in more of a collage style by purchasing frames that have smaller openings around the actual poster so you can place other items around the print within the frame. The other benefit is that you can change these prints out if you want to display different pictures. There are so many possibilities with this particular poster, it really shows the variety and diversity of posters available today. These are very versatile prints and would be great pieces to add to your collection!

I'm one of those people who think a poster is something that goes in a bookshelf. I do have some cool ones that I picked up at various art fairs, but I've never bought one because they don't fit with my decor. I also found a bunch of google images here http://www.pinterest.com/pin/218920984342294355/ that are really cool. Reply Delete
I love these posters and love the idea of a walk in the clouds! Awesome. I was looking at art prints that are made out of cardboard. I think they're really cool too and I love the idea of posting them on my walls. Reply Delete
What a great idea! I would love to have one of these around my house, but to me it seems like it's a bit over the top. They might be a nice thing to give to my daughter as part of her room decor and to display at a gallery show or something, but I'm not sure I'd actually hang it. Reply Delete

Wow! Such an awesome idea. Hadn't thought about doing this myself, but it could work for many situations. I've been considering making a poster for a fanzine and I think this is an awesome way to go about it. Reply Delete
I don't know if I'm the only one who does this, but I have trouble buying prints for my walls. There is always something about them that makes me not want them on my wall. But these are beautiful! Reply Delete
These are really cool posters and the idea is great, too! I think they'd make a nice addition to my personal art collection but they're not something that would hold up very well if framed by myself. Reply Delete
I'm really digging these, I need to get one for the bedroom. Reply Delete
I think you've got a good idea with these. I hung a poster from a gallery in my study that is supposed to be from 1890 but I think it's too modern looking, if that makes sense. Reply Delete
Fantastic posters! It's hard to stop looking at them even though I don't have any of them to actually frame yet. Love the idea of customizing the art! Reply Delete
I am beginning to question my choice in careers... this sounds like it would be stupendous fun and very, very easy on the budget.
