Business Cards : Does Your Business Information Stick?

Have you ever come across someone with the same name as you, only to find out that they don’t work at the company or share your personal information? That is because companies use their business cards to hold important personal information about their employees. This article will tell you how to prevent them from being lost, taking up valuable time in meetings and having a negative impact on your career.
We’ve all got those employees that are difficult to remember, whether they are someone you’ve known for years or they have joined your company recently. As well you may have an employee that is one of a kind and stands out from the crowd; someone like this will always be remembered as a great asset to your business. With this in mind, it is important for your business cards to reflect this uniqueness.
If you want to share their name on your business cards then you should leave their name as the last item on the back. This way the person can check their name if necessary without having to search through all of their cards.
To stand out with your business cards, you can have them have a different design front and back. You may want to try and keep the front of your card simple, while putting more emphasis on the back of the card. The back of your card is where you should hold all the information that you need to convey to others. You can also separate the information between left and right so that people don’t have to flip over too much of your card if they are already familiar with you.
You can also leave room for notes on top of your card as this leaves people free to ask questions or use their own notetaking system; this shows them that you are approachable and willing to help in any way possible if needed.
