 Purchasing Exclusive Mortgage Leads

This is an informational blog post about how to purchase exclusive mortgage leads.

Buying a lead from a reliable, ethical lead broker is one of the best ways to promote your sales funnel. They provide you with highly qualified leads at their most affordable prices. If you're looking for more information about purchasing leads, here are some quick tips:

-Finding the right type of website vs agent/broker: You can browse online listings or contact local agents and brokers individually by phone, email or text messaging. This option may be cheaper but it's at your own risk if they have an untrustworthy reputation filled with shady practices like pushing questionable offers in exchange for money. They may even steal your contact information and sell it to other lead brokers.

-Finding the right type of buyer vs seller: Keep in mind that if you're trying to attract new prospects, you'd want to work with a lead broker that only sells exclusive leads to real estate agents. This way, you'll obtain exclusive access to quality real estate leads.

-Finding the right type of market: If you're running a business in an area with higher competition, you'll be wise to purchase leads from brokers who specialize in niche markets where they have limited competition. They may even offer volume discounts or lower prices depending on their current sales growth.

-Finding the right type of industry: If you sell to a particular industry, you can purchase leads that are written specifically for that market. This way, you'll have access to leads that are specifically relevant for your business.

-Finding the right type of buyer: Of course, if you're looking to target a specific type of buyer, search for lead brokers with a specific buyer profile. For example, if you sell preforeclosure properties or foreclosure assistance services, connect with lead brokers who focus on the niche markets where these kinds of buyers belong. They may even offer bulk discounts depending on how many agents they currently serve in each market area.

-Finding the right type of lead: Of course, if you're looking for leads that specifically target a certain area and buyer profile, search for brokers who specialize in the specific geographic and industry markets where you want to sell your services. For example, if you offer short sales in northern California and are trying to target more affluent buyers, search for lead brokers who have a history of selling leads to agents who work in that specific market.

I have long been a fan of linking outbound links using nofollow, especially in guest posts where I don't control the anchor text (the clickable link). In this guest post, I will discuss why using nofollow in guest blog posts is a good thing, and what you need to know if you want to do this yourself.

Why?
When linking outbound links from your blog, the most important part is getting quality links. You can do a guest post for free, so you don't get paid for it; however, the person who writes your guest post does have an expectation that they will be able to link out to their own website or blog using anchor text that doesn't contain any of your keywords.
Why not keyword-rich anchor text?
Keyword rich anchor text will typically link to the URL of your author bio, which is fine in terms of traffic. When you get a lot of links containing your keywords, you quickly gain an undeserved rank boost for those keywords. How does that make sense?
For example, say you have a blog post that mentions " finance " as a topic you're going to speak about. If a site has high domain authority and tons of links with the anchor text " finance ," then Google takes this as being a relevant page that should rank well in searches for " finance ." This can lead to ranking problems on more competitive terms which have less relevance to the content of your blog post or article.

Conclusion
I hope that you found this article helpful, and that you will use nofollow when linking outbound content in your guest posts. Feel free to share this strategy with your own blogger friends, or to use it on your own blog!
