Conclusion

Identifying Problem Zone:
Here's what I received: 1) A plastic lid, 2) A package of computer paper (which I thought it was a box of computer paper), 3) An envelope, 4) Some random label stickers (which claim to be "easy-peasy" label sticker), 5) Almost 2/3 of $15 gift card from QVC. The remaining 1/3 was not even on my invoice.
