To get started, you need only sign up for a Volusion account and add your desired product to the cart. Once your order reaches $500 or more, you will qualify for a free merchant account! As soon as you receive it, we'll ask that you place three orders that total over $2K with Volusion in 90 days; if not, your credit card will be charged the standard setup fee of $49/month thereafter. Here's what we sent to the merchant - notice our domain name (myredvender.com) and my actual phone number is included so that it seems more legitimate. I'm sure you can figure out how to do this with whatever company you decide on using (Volusion, BigCommerce, Shopify, etc.). The whole idea is to make it look like 'you' are that merchant's service provider, not some random person from the internet. Now, I'll bet you're wondering what kind of response we got from this email . . .

We are a small e-commerce company based in USA and we are currently looking to have more products on our website as well as an increase in sales. We sell products such as laptop chargers, alarm systems, wireless sensors, etc. We can provide an invoice and US banking information via email after signing the NDA since all our business information is confidential until the client agrees to use our services. We look forward to a long and successful relationship with you and your business. We have sent an invoice of $150 for the first month for the first three orders which is our standard free plan of operation. The Shipping and handling fee is included in the plan therefore any additional amount after that wouldn't be an issue.
