Offshore Outsourcing Services in India

India is one of the countries which offer Offshore Outsourcing Services in the world. India has emerged as a major player in the field of IT and has been occupying a leadership position with its talented workforce and low-cost resources. Some of the top offshore outsourcing companies are based out of India, including TCS, Wipro, HCL Technologies, Infosys, Mahindra Satyam, Oracle Financial Services Software (OFSS), IBM Global Business Service and Cognizant Technology Solutions.
It is not just about cost advantage when it comes to outsourcing. The question is - why should you consider outsourcing your business process?
According to Outsourcing.com, the top potential benefits of outsourcing include:
Compatibility between the customer and service provider. This makes communication a simple and fast process.
Easier understanding of the customer requirements. Outsourcing is more effective than internal development in efficiently delivering solutions, thus increasing customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Increased workforce productivity: Rather than hiring in an expensive staff, you can outsource the work to a professional team with a minimum number of people required for their work.
A team of highly skilled professionals to implement solutions more quickly, thereby increasing the speed of delivery.
Enhanced ability to innovate and adapt: This saves time and reduces resources, as well as reducing risk due to uncertainty.
According to BusinessinIndia.com, here are the top reasons why you should outsource your business process:
– flexible staffing options: You will have access to a number of people with different skill sets for your requirements. The cost factors are also negligible as compared with hiring full-time employees.
– dedicated service delivery: You can outsource services without any compromise on quality or customer support. Provide a toll-free number and provide customer support through email on demand so that you can keep customers happy at all times.
– flexibility in financial and workforce requirements: The need of funds and resources for your business process will not be a constraint when outsourced. With more staffing numbers, you can increase the speed of delivery and reduce cost.
– improved customer support: You can outsource customer support to a specialized service provider, which will ensure that customers are happy with their services 24x7. You can have access to a customer care representative who is there for your customers in case of no availability from the vendor.
– risk mitigation: Outsourcing reduces the risk involved in choosing a vendor or supplier. The vendor will be experienced in delivering quality goods at affordable prices, which ensures high-quality products and services at all times.
Benefits of Outsourcing
The benefits of outsourcing are countless and include reduction in cost, speed of delivery, flexibility in staffing requirements, and improved technological capabilities. As outsourcing is a win-win situation for both the customer and vendor, it is important that you get the best for your business. The concept of outsourcing is not new; however, only a few companies have taken this up due to lack of information on how to do it correctly. There are many reasons why you should consider outsourcing your business process; here are some tips:
– Customer satisfaction: It's important to keep the quality levels high so that you maintain customer loyalty. This will make sure that customers do not switch from one vendor to another against your demands.
– Transparency: When outsourcing a business process, it is important to keep the vendor updated about the business details, requirements and expectations. This way, you can have a transparent venture.
– Quality: Your contract should include a clause for quality check. Make sure to verify the quality level at periodic intervals so that you can keep your customers happy. Offshore outsourcing gives the customer the flexibility to check on the service provider in case there are any doubts.
– Variety of vendors and suppliers: You need to find vendors who are experienced in your niche industry so that you get efficiency of scale and cost effectiveness for your business needs. Choose a vendor who is experienced in your industry and can handle your requirements well.
– Evaluation: Your vendor needs to be evaluated based on their customer support, quality of work and adherence to the delivery schedule. You should have a transparent contract between the two parties so that you know what you expect from the vendor and how you will be charged for them.
Equipping yourself with information will help you address your concerns and issues as well as provide some much-needed guidance on how to outsource your business process. It is not just about cost advantage when it comes to outsourcing!

The.World.is.on.Fire The world's biggest global crisis is a very real and very dangerous one. But where will it lead?
This article first appeared in the Washington Post's Global Outlook section and was later republished on USA Today as part of a special package highlighting Asia's role in the global economy (EDS: re-posted with permission from USA Today). Read more here .
When I left Hong Kong in 1997 the world was witnessing its biggest boom since the industrial revolution. The Asian economic miracle had arrived, seemingly out of nowhere, with China reaping its greatest windfall of natural resources after wresting market share from Japan by becoming the main supplier to Taiwan and South Korea.
China's 'miracle' was our gain. We had the best-quality products at bargain basement prices. Prices that were so low - and rising so fast - that American consumers could hardly resist. Wages had been going up for years, which enabled Chinese laborers to buy everything from cars to cellular phones to plasma TVs. I loved shopping for my Chinese-made digital camera, which cost about a third of what an equivalent one would have cost in the United States at the time.
The 'miracle', however, was built on shifting sands: unbridled growth based on cheap labor, questionable environmental practices and widespread corruption accompanied by high levels of unemployment and low social mobility among ordinary workers.

Conclusion: If you're part of the global elite, you'll be fine. But if you aren't, your life will get much worse
For two decades the market-oriented reforms embraced by China's Communist Party after it took over in 1949 led to rapid growth, reaching 10% per year in 2000. That success has long since been wiped from memory by the radical financial and economic reforms implemented in 1998, when China took on foreign debts of $2 trillion without endowing itself with any real financial leverage.
The World Is On Fire The world's biggest global crisis is a very real and very dangerous one.
