Perfect Packing For Men

 Perfect Packing For Men

It's such an easy thing to do, but for some reason we often struggle with packing for a trip. Here are four simple tips that will help you get it done in no time!

1) Get a flight on a Tuesday or Wednesday. No matter what you do, your luggage will get lost at least once. With the suitcase sitting in the middle of the airport's conveyor belt on Tuesday night rather than Friday morning, when everybody is flying out of town, it'll be much easier to find if something goes wrong.

2) Pack Fit! If you get the bag out of the closet, roll the clothes into balls and put them in your suitcase. This will make sure you don't fill up too much space with unnecessary clothes. It also helps if you put like items together - socks and underwear together, shirts and pants together, your PJs and sweatshirts together. This way you can see what you have before you pack it all in your luggage!

3) Use a travel capsule wardrobe. Have at least one (and preferably two or three) nice pieces that will go with everything you wear on vacation. You can just throw them on and look sharp without wasting time to pick out an outfit every morning. If you don't have something in your closet that is dressy enough to wear out to the bar or a nice restaurant, then get a blazer by Ted Baker (we love them!) and make sure it fits you well.

4) Review your packing list! Double check that everything you want to bring is gone over - we've all forgotten something at least once. If you're bringing a laptop with you, make sure it's packed safely in one of those padded pouches they sell at the store (so your laptop doesn't get damaged).

Packing can definitely be a stressful part of travel - but when you've got it all figured out, it will make your trip so much easier to enjoy! Make sure you don't forget any essentials (toiletries, medications, etc) and use our packing tips to have a relaxing time!
