Using The “Autograph” To Get Cheap Motor Insurance

There's a way to get cheap motor insurance, and it doesn't involve the DMV. Just write your car's entire name with the first letter of each word capitalized in an official-looking font on a piece of paper, and that will serve as proof of your vehicle ownership that you can give to any insurance company.

Before you start signing your name in loopy handwriting, though, make sure you have more than one piece of paper and don't put off until tomorrow what you should be doing today. In other words: Watch out for writers' block!

This is what you have to do: (this is a printable pdf) 1. Print out your name in all capital letters in a very specific font on one piece of paper. 2. Go to any car rental or auto insurance place and ask for the cheapest rate for the same covered vehicle (Your Ideal CAR). 3. Go to the DMV and register the vehicle. (Don't worry about getting plates or tags for 30+ days) 4. Once you have your vehicle, go to any registered car service place and tell them you need to get your vehicle inspected for tags. 5. Print out a picture of yourself holding a sign with the words YOUR IDEAL CAR on it in large letters 6. Take your registration and inspection report with your AUTOGRAPHED PROOF OF OWNERSHIP (one piece of paper with name in all capital letters only) 7. Give this information along with the picture to a car service place and get a temporary tag 8. Get online or call around for reliable insurance companies then fill out applications for auto insurance 9. Show up at the DMV 10. Drive off happy with low auto insurance rates!

Another way to get cheap Car Insurance and drive a vehicle that is not insured by anyone, is by simply showing the police or the DMV that you are the owner of a certain vehicle and taking it for a ride. All they need in this situation is that you have been driving the vehicle for 90 days without any violations, and that you are an owner of the car. This method is simple, and can be done if you happen not to own a car, or even if you are about to get your license soon.
You can ask someone if they have seen the car you want and go get it, but this would probably cost you $400 at the very least to get the car out of state.
Get a temporary plate for your car, and use that plate to take it for a drive. Then, when you get back to your house, register your name as owner of that vehicle online. You can register your name with any company that offers cheap auto insurance. However, we have found an even cheaper option by registering our name directly on the DMV website which will save us money on the document fee.
To save money on vehicle licensing and registrations in California you may try registering with a DMV approved licence agent or even try online registration. If you don't have the money to pay their fees, most agents are willing to work with you.

When looking for a good auto insurance, go directly to the California DMV website and look for a license agent that charges $9 or less. After checking out some of reviews on Google for the companies located in the area of your residence. Compare their quotes and get quotes from 3 different companies at least. The prices may vary between $450 and $650 per year, so be ready to do some comparison shopping.

Conclusion
The majority of people in the United States are not aware that there are many ways to get cheap auto insurance. There is no national database of insurances so it is hard to find out what companies charge for their services but you can get a quote from a few companies or even go directly to the California DMV website and check for license agents that are licensed to work in your state.
A license agent, more commonly known as a CA Insurance Agent, is an individual who has the legal responsibility to represent his/her clients by issuing them with insurance cards...
