Jessica Simpson also believes in skipping breakfast. Instead of eating anything, she claims that you should just drink a few glasses of water. Apparently it rehydrates your body and helps you lose weight in no time at all.
#3: Chris Pratt
Chris Pratt is known for his fit physique in movies such as Guardians of the Galaxy and Jurassic World. He swears by the "Beer Belly" diet, which means you have to drink at least 3 beers per day, every day, while eating whatever you want. It's important to note that he also drinks other alcohol as well.
#4: Jennifer Hudson
Jennifer Hudson takes the "Beer Belly" diet one step further. She claims that you need to drink at least 8 beers per day in order to lose weight. Apparently, it's all about getting into a routine and not messing up your body's schedule.
#5: Miley Cyrus / Nick Jonas
Miley Cyrus and Nick Jonas have both come out recently saying that they eat as much as they want (Nick eats about 14 hamburgers per day!) while doing 5 minutes of physical activity per day. They claim that this is a much healthier way to lose weight.
#6: Justin Bieber
Justin Bieber also adheres to this diet. He eats around 12 hamburgers per day and claims that it's the reason he's lost so much weight recently.
#7: Will Smith
Will Smith also eats 12 hamburgers per day, but instead of being in shape he feels more sluggish than ever before! That's why he switched to eating just 1 hamburger per day with a healthy serving of steak as well. I guess it just goes to show that there's no one-size-fits-all approach to losing weight!
