There are many studies that show how the way you sit and how you spend your time can have a direct impact on your productivity. In fact, one study from JAMA Internal Medicine found that sitting at a desk doing sedentary work caused increased risk of cardiovascular disease!

That’s why I am writing this blog post about the importance of choosing comfortable office chairs for your home office and workplace. There are plenty of options available online, but it can be difficult to compare different models or even identify what specifications to look for in an ergonomic chair.

Conclusion of the 3-day weight loss challenge

Whew! So after 3 days and a lot of hard work, we are ready to reveal the results of our weight loss challenge. I am really proud of everyone for their commitment and focus. Our community has lost an impressive total of 11.6 pounds in just 3 days!



It looks like my advice paid off - the members who focused on portion control did better than those trying to count calories.
