Living Will Is An Answer To A Problem
The problem of death is one that everyone has to face. Everyone will die at some point, and there are only two things we can do about it: we can prepare for it in advance, or go into denial and pretend our lives don't need to end. However, many people are not prepared for the eventuality of death - they're too busy worrying about saviours, illnesses and finances. The best thing you can do for yourself is to ensure that your life will be taken care of when you're gone by having a Living Will drawn up by an expert.
Living will can be described as being a form of Advance Medical Directive (or an Advance Medical Directive for people under 18). An advance medical directive is a power of attorney that gives you the right and authority to appoint someone else to make medical decisions that concern you if you are unable to do so yourself. There are four main types of directives: general, treatment, financial and mental illness. A living will is designed for those who are not yet terminally ill but require the assistance of their nominated care givers in the event of their terminal illness.
A Living Will is a document that you can write stating under which circumstances you wish to be cared for by your chosen care giver(s) in the event that you were to be incapacitated. It is equally important to ensure that the health professional who draws up this document knows and understands your wishes; if they don't, they may not carry out them as written. This means it's best to seek help from an experienced lawyer or solicitor. If no such person is available, it's possible to obtain assistance from a local hospital or hospice.
The purpose of making a Living Will is so that another person feels confident and able to apply their professional skills and knowledge if needed in the event of your terminal illness or incapacity. This document is not designed to replace your medical directive if you are terminally ill but rather to act as a confirmation that someone knows what you want if it was no longer possible for you to say it yourself.
You'll find a multitude of online Living Will templates, all of which are basically the same thing, and can be easily downloaded and completed. They cover most situations that could be encountered (although it's worth bearing in mind that every case is unique).

Conclusion .
Fact is, there is no better way to understand how a case was decided than by reading it. The reality is that if you cannot access the legal reasoning behind the decision, there are often legitimate reasons that it may not be clear to you. It also means that in many cases, it can be impossible to know why some judges do not follow a certain case and make decisions based on their own judgments rather than following precedent.
In the final analysis, getting access to a judge's written reasoning for his or her decision will help ensure your case gets reviewed by an unbiased person who will be able perform an independent review.
